At Malika Clothing, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need a return or exchange, please contact us within the applicable time period below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

  • Order details is required

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, Malika Clothing will arrange the return or exchange at no additional delivery charge.

Change of Mind, Size or Colour

If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind, size, colour, or style, you may do so within 7 days, subject to the conditions above. You may:

  • Visit our store at Malika Clothing, New Souq Al Haraj, Barwa Village, or

  • Request collection through our delivery team. The applicable collection and redelivery charges will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for return are issued as Store Credit only. Cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method are not available.

  • If you exchange an item for another product of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as Store Credit only.

  • Store Credit can be used for any future purchase at Malika Clothing and does not expire. It remains valid until the full balance has been redeemed.

  • Delivery and collection charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

  • Altered or custom-made/custom-sized items.

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, stained, perfumed, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • Items returned without their original tags or not in their original condition.

Store Rights

Malika Cloths Trading reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any return, exchange, or store credit request if the item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

  • Decline requests where the item shows signs of use, damage, alteration, or is returned without its original tags or proof of purchase.

  • Inspect all returned items before approving any return, exchange, or store credit.

  • Amend or update this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply from the date they are published on our website.
